Town of Pecos City 2018 Annexation Survey
Description: Boundary survey of 2,200 acres for annexation purposes which comprised over 50 tracts along the perimeter of the existing city limits. Record sketches of the annexed and adjoining tracts were created, detailed deed research was performed to determine ownership and field work executed to locate boundary and highway monumentation. The boundary corners were analyzed so plats and metes and bounds of each annexed tract could be created. A list of all owners with their mailing addresses was also compiled so the city could contact them. On the ground field work performed, produced survey plats with metes and bounds, CAD files were provided for this project for GIS mapping purposes.

Lincoln Street Reconstruction Design Survey
Description: Boundary and Topographic survey of 5,490’ to facilitate Reconstruction/ Maintenance of Lincoln Street from Highway 285 to Plum Street. Ownership information along the entire right-of-way was researched and a record sketch was prepared for the entirety of the project. The survey data was acquired on the ground and processed into a survey plat with accompanying CAD file which will be used for engineering design.
Country Club Drive Connector Design Survey
Description: Approximately 13-acre boundary and topographic survey of Country Club Drive and the surrounding areas. Deed research was performed and a record sketch of the work area was created. Survey field data was acquired and a survey plat with an accompanying CAD file was created for engineering design.
Eddy Street Widening Design Survey
Description: Boundary and Topographic survey of 1,630’ to facilitate road widening of Eddy Street. Ownership information along the entire right-of-way was researched and a record sketch was prepared for the entirety of the project. The survey data was acquired on the ground and processed into a survey plat with accompanying CAD file which will be used for engineering design.
Town of Pecos City 640 Acre Condemnation Survey
Description: Land title survey for Town of Pecos City, for acquisition of the H. & G.N. RR. Co. Survey, Block 5, Section 19, completed in February 2019, total fee: $3,500.00.
Town of Pecos City 513 Acre Community Development Project
Description: Boundary and topographic survey of 513 acres for design survey. This project was performed for the Town of Pecos City. On the ground field work performed, produced a survey plat, CAD files were provided for this project for engineering design and development purposes.
Balmorhea Cemetery As-Built Survey
Description: As built survey of the Balmorhea Cemetery comprising 26.507 acres in Reeves County, Texas. Deed research on the cemetery and surround tracts were performed to build up a record sketch. Boundary and as-built survey of the Balmorhea Cemetery in Reeves County, Texas. Boundary, fencing and utilities were collected on the ground using GPS methods, ground control points were set on the site, UAV was flown to gather as-built information, processed in house and quality checked against GPS ground truthing shots. Deliverables were contours, CAD file, signed and sealed survey, and orthorectified high resolution aerial map. A survey plat was prepared as the final end product.
Reeves County Road and Bridge Department Office and Surround Area Survey
Description: Survey of the Reeves County Road and Bridge Department with the surrounding area in the north part of the Town of Pecos City. Approximately 2.4 acres, to settle a boundary dispute. Extensive deed research was performed as this tract fell in an area of historic ambiguity. Field data was acquired and a survey plat of the County office as well as the adjoining county owned tracts was performed.
